| Chessie car named WEST VIRGINIA at about Roosevelt Road in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in July 1982, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. On the door it is stenciled: C&O CSC-10. I haven't been able to find out much about this car except that it was built by the Saint Louis Car Company in 1952 as a U.S. Army hospital car. |
