Number 763 was built in January 1954 ( c/n 19094 ) as UP 208, retired by the UP in September 1976, sold to Precision National Corp., leased by Amtrak as Precision 208, rebuilt to Amttrak 763 in August 1977, eventually used by Amtrak in Los Angeles, California, sold to Chrome Crankshaft and moved to San Bernardino in November 1987. |
