Sorry about the blur, I was using one of those baggage carts (pictured on the right) for a tripod. This car was built between 1948-49 by Pullman, along with "Tower View" expressly for Broadway Limited service, and both cars served in that capacity until the end of all-Pulman service in December 1967.
