Description:
Aisle side of Amtrak 2202, named SILVER THRUSH (ex-CB&Q 452, same name), in Chicago, Illinois on an unknown day in September 1979, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This car was built by Budd on Job 9641-112, ordered in March 1951, delivered between July and August 1952. The order was for six cars configured with 6 Bedrooms and 5 Compartments (6-5). The six cars were for the California Zephyr, three cars for the CB&Q, one for the D&RGW, and two for the WP.
