Amtrak 2215, named INDIAN MAID, stored at Michigan City, Indiana on July 12, 1982, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Number 2215 was built in 1947 by Pullman-Standard as AT&SF 907, same name, as a 24 Duplex Bedroom sleeper. It was rebuilt to 11 Bedrooms in 1964, became AMTK 2215 sometime after May 1, 1971, and was retired in October 1981. |
