Description:
L&N 41148 at Cowan, Tennessee on June 18, 1986, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Of interest to me is the end, I believe it is a Murphy end, either 10-8 or 8-10, counting the ribs, I remember that from my modeling railroaad days, I'll figure it out and correct this as find more. A Google search turned up a Walter P. Murphy and Patent 1,313,106 for METAL END STRUCTURE FOR RAILWAY CARS.
