Description:
Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad SW7 9250 at Lincoln, Nebraska on an unknown day in July 1962, photograph by Dick Rumbolz, Chuck Zeiler collection. Number 9250 was built in May 1950 ( c/n 8494 ) eventually becoming BN 116, retired by the BN in October 1985. It is seen in the company of Omaha Lincoln & Beatrice Railroad GE 44 ton 101, built in December 1950 ( c/n 30949 ) for the OL&B and possibly still around as of 2016.
