NYC F7 1815, Zearing, Illinois, March 21, 1965, photo by Chuck Zeiler. Built in February 1952 (c/n 15426) on EMD Order 3098A, it eventually became PC 1815. The occasion of this photo was a steam fantrip on the CB&Q (note the fans on the tracks on the right), and Zearing offered a wye to turn the train where the CB&Q interchanged with the NYC. |
