Description:
Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad GP20 933 westbound at Altona, Illinois on August 26, 1966, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Built in April 1961 (c/n 26604) on EMD Order 7597, it became BN 2069 sometime after the March 2, 1970 merger and was sold for scrap to Southwest RR Car parts in October 1985. It is seen here heading the westbound CGI (Chicago Grand Island) freight about 15 miles east of Galesburg, where the crew will change.
