According to the June 1965 edition of The Official Guide, it will depart Denver at 11:30 AM Mountain Standard Time, arriving in Limon, Colorado, at 12:57 PM, and will be combined with the Colorado Springs section of the same train. This section has all the first class cars, including the diner. The combined Rocky Mountain Rocket will arrive in Chicago the next morning at 8:45 AM CST. |
