Description:
CRI&P C415 419, Blue Island, Illinois, October 1979, photo by Chuck Zeiler. Built in September 1966 (c/n 3451-05), it was owned by Railcar Leasing Corporation, which owned C415's 415-419, leased to the Rock Island, and returned to the lessor when the Rock Island shut down in 1980. The Rock operated ten C415's, and placed an order for additional units in 1967, but later cancelled that order. The unit on the left is unidentified.
